No apartment booking will be confirmed untill reception of the deposit payment of 50% or balance.

Full balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

A caution fee of Euro 200 will be left on receving the apartment keys and returned to the guests at departure, the apartment has to be left in the same condition it was found in, in case of damages the caution fee will not be returned, serious damages excluded.

On departure day leave the apartment clean and tidy, expecially disposal.

Please, do not leave dishes unclean, in case a 50% of the caution fee will be withheld.
